Has it really been since September that I've done a journal entry?  Wow.  Well, I suppose that since I don't post a lot, I'm not boring people with my ususal blather.  Figured getting back from Anime Boston, though, was a good reason to post something. Had a FANtastic time.  First time ever going and I was a little nervous, given the fact that I've only ever been to EAE and this was my first "really big con."  Still, being there with friends really helped (especially friends that had been there before.) and seeing all the great panels and cosplay really helped me get into the spirit of things. So...grumpy Copper is grumpy, and I really shouldn't feel that way after a con and while EAE was a fantastic time, as it has been before, certain elements of my day are making me *really* grumpy at the moment. Firstly, work has apparently ignored my availability and scheduled me during a time when I *cannot* work.  So I apparently need to call my bosses and get them fix it for me.  Headache! And then I didn't win the contest that I entered and neither did my friend and that made me grumpy, especially, well, I...yeah, okay, we'll be honest, not happy about the winners.  Saw and read a hell of a lot better, but I wasn't the one judging, so *h

So, I guess it's proper form to mention what you're going to be up to when you go to cons and what you're going to be wearing *laughs*  Um, given this is the first time I've done this, bear with me. I am a bit Jazzed about EAE this year. They're bringing CONQuest back (and if my previous teammates aren't there, I will be looking for new partners, heh.)  It's a lot of fun.  Something of a scavenger hunt + double dare physical challenges *laughs*  Had a blast last year and hoping to do so again this year.
